Helping You Come Home to Yourself
Kylie is a Doctor of Acupuncture, Licensed Acupuncturist (CO), and Licensed Massage Therapist (NV) dedicated to supporting deep, whole healing through the integration of bodywork, food therapy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She graduated from Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture in 2024 with her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Masters of Science in Acupuncture and believes each person has a unique story expressed through the body, deserving to be witnessed, heard, and supported in a way that brings them back into full embodiment through curiosity and intentional exploration.
Kylie's journey in hands-on healing began in 2018 when she began practicing massage therapy after graduating from Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, Nevada, with an emphasis on therapeutic massage and myofascial release. This foundation cultivated a deep understanding of the body’s structure, pain patterns, and innate capacity to heal through skilled touch.
In addition to her clinical training, Kylie has a background in teaching yoga, with a deep love for Yin Yoga and Qigong. These practices continue to inform her work, emphasizing stillness, breath, and the cultivation of internal awareness as essential components of healing.
In her free time, you can find Kylie basking in the sun somewhere on a rock, in the mountains, or playing by the river with her son and husband. She has a deep love for anything that includes sunshine, especially climbing hills, swimming in open waters, and dancing under the open skies.
She believes that when the spirit is nourished, connection through relationship is strong, and curiosity and laughter come before sorrow and suffering, anything in life is possible. She is honored to hold space for individuals seeking a deeper connection to their bodies and their lives.
