  • Ingredients

  • Base Broth:

    • 32 oz frozen beef bone marrow bones
    • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 5 carrots, chopped
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • Fresh ginger (palm sized knob, sliced)
    • Whole black peppercorns
    • Water (to cover)
  • Herbal Additions (Final 5-6 Hours):

    • Fresh rosemary & parsley
    • 1/4 cup goji berries
    • 5-6 jujubes (Chinese red dates)
  • Instructions

    1. Setup: Place bones in slow cooker with vinegar; let sit for 10-20 mins.
    2. Aromatics: Add carrots, onion, ginger, and peppercorns. Cover with water.
    3. Slow Cook: HIGH for 1-2h, then LOW for 24-28h.
    4. Infuse: Add herbs, gojis, and jujubes for the last 5-6h on LOW.
    5. Finish: Strain and season with salt to taste.
